Company Profile

was founded in early 2002 by Mike Biggs.  He recognised that personal computing was becoming ever more complex and that it was increasingly difficult for a single person to become proficient at all aspects of of the industry. Therefore, he decided that a team approach was required to acquire the skills necessary to build and maintain P.C's and to understand the software used in modern home and corporate computer systems.  In order to provide a service that would delight the customer, it was decided that   would offer 'Associates' that could supply a range of services in line with their skills. 

Currently Mike offers 'In Home' software training and simple to intermediate 'Software & Hardware' fault diagnosis and repair. 

Karl Harrison joined the organisation shortly after start up and brings with him his P.C. build skills and the ability to diagnose and correct all types of P.C. problems. Faults  encountered to date include virus recovery, operating system errors and hardware and software induced failures.

We can also offer a service for the design of Access / Oracle Database work and a data recovery facility for the recovery of critical files from corrupted hard disk drives* An exciting development is the arrival of broadband and wireless networking. We offer a complete solution in the provision of both standard and wireless networking technologies.
