is now able to supply both new and good quality second user laptop computers to suit customer’s requirements.  Please call us for details.

Repair 

We are able to offer two levels of service for repair of your faulty or damaged laptop, namely, ‘Express’ and ‘Economy’.  The difference between them is explained below. 

‘Express Service’ 

• We will receive your laptop and diagnose the fault(s) as quickly as possible.
• We will source new replacement parts and request that the component supplier delivers them to us by the fastest means available. 
• Where we conclude that is unable to provide a rapid repair, we will send your laptop to the relevant specialist repair organisation that will provide the best turn round time.
• We will keep you informed of the likely cost and timescale for repair as soon as it is available.

This service will be the least economical option but will ensure that your laptop has all new replacement parts and is returned to you in the shortest possible time.

‘Economy Service’ 

• Where speed of repair is not so critical, will diagnose the fault(s) on your laptop, within a reasonable time, usually within 10 working days from receipt.
• We will source new or second user replacement parts from any available source and request a standard delivery method.  The emphasis will be to obtain the items needed for your repair by the most economic means possible.
• We will advise you if we believe that your laptop is beyond economical repair.
• We will keep you informed of the likely cost and timescale for repair usually within 14 working days from receipt.

This service will be the most economical option but will mean that the repair will take longer to complete.

General Notes: 

Laptop repairs will be guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the invoice date on the parts and labour supplied to correct the original fault.  

New laptops will be supplied with the maker’s standard guarantee. 

Second user laptops will be supplied with a 30 day guarantee (as is standard practice for this type of equipment). 

You will deliver and collect your laptop from our facilities unless otherwise agreed. 

Payment is on collection. 

Upgrade: 

are now able to upgrade your existing laptop within the limits of its design by fitting additional memory, larger and faster hard drives and  upgrading the operating system to improve overall performance.
